To provide support to women employees with an emphasis on advocacy, development, and connection, to enrich the professional working and learning environments at UMD.

To ensure that women are able to have their voices heard on issues affecting their workplace rights and to have their views genuinely considered when decisions are being made. (Supports UMD Strategic Plan Goal 2, Goal 5, Goal 6)

Development

To provide and enhance opportunities for continued growth for women in mind, body, and soul. (Supports UMD Strategic Plan Goal 2, Goal 5, Goal 6)

Connection
